I usually ay stuff like:
"Jesus Christ on a STICK!!"
"Jesus the jew, what the fuck is going on here?"
"Jesus Christ on crutches!"
Things like that heheJun 12, 2008 04:44 PM - in losing weight, quothetheraven79 says:
Don't buy the whole, "Busting your ass everyday will give ya a six-pack." You just need to watch what you eat, & if anything, just take a nice walk everyday. That's how I lost a lot of weight, & it wasn't because of some fad diet.
I also want to state that if you don't get the results you want, remember that your genetic code states how you look. Some are born to be skinny, some are born to be "obese," & some are born to be muscular.Jun 08, 2008 04:06 AM - in the strangers, quothetheraven79 says:
The only movie I'm interested in seeing this summer is "The Dark Knight." I can't help ya on this one.

John Grisham was an attorney before he became a writer. So I'm sure a doctor can be a writer also!

Oh but you see God did all that when he was a vengeful god, & when Jesus was born, EVERYTHING WAS OK, & he didn't do anything mean again . . . of course there is that pesky revelations bit . . . . .
as The Marquis said in Quills, "An entire religion built on an oxymoron!!!"Apr 17, 2008 04:08 PM - in "that" feeling, quothetheraven79 says:
Colbert would say, "It's always good to!" lol
Apr 17, 2008 03:46 PM - in Love, quothetheraven79 says:
a little Neil Gaiman is in order for this:
"Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love."Feb 29, 2008 07:18 PM - in inspired, quothetheraven79 says:
There are only 2 types of crazy people in this world. One is people who enjoy math, & people who are in love!
Feb 29, 2008 07:06 PM - in favorite personal hell?, quothetheraven79 says:
I've always thought hell would be put in a round, white room, hearing all the voices of everyone you love or loved having a party outside & wanting you to attend, & you are unable to get out.
Feb 29, 2008 07:04 PM - in Blade Runner yet again, quothetheraven79 says:
I have only seen the first 2 versions of this film. Quite frankly I think that Ridley Scott is quite over rated, but I loved Legend & Blade Runner. The original version, the one with the voice over is my favorite. When I saw the version without it, it bored me. However, Rutger Hauer's performance in it is simply awesome! He's just one of those guys that has the art of being evil down to a science. Here is my suggestion, check out the original version, then work your way up. From what I understand the differences between each of the films is very subtle. But atleast give them a look. It is a very good vision of the future, & a must have for any dvd/sci fi collector! Also, it has one of my favorite movie quotes in it . . .
"It's too bad she won't live . . . But then again . . . Who does?"Dec 20, 2007 06:20 AM - in jobbing, quothetheraven79 says:

Oct 13, 2007 05:53 AM - in Who would win in an all-out fight between zombies and the infected?, quothetheraven79 says:
Quite frankly I didn't like "28 Days Later", mainly because it was just a modified version of the movie "Day of the Dead" The main difference was that they made the zombie run, & it wasn't as gory. Call me old fashioned, but I like the old school zombies.

It's just a dream, no need to be thinking it's true in real life. Besides, on the day you finally have sex, if he doesn't have a small penis, THEN tell him. It could create a big laugh lol

My favorite classs was my Grahic Arts classes in high school. Basically just a bunch of geeks learning how to silk screen. Very fun, & alot of creative freedom. The teacher was so laid back, he allowed us to watch old horror flicks, & bloody action flicks. He unfortuantly died during my senior year. I miss the hell out of that guy
Jun 26, 2007 04:33 AM - in Guitar Hero, quothetheraven79 says:
I love the game, because quite frankly it makes me appreciate guitarists more than ever. But I also like the fact that it's introducing good classic rock music to a new generation of people. Plus . . . I get to play as the Grim Reaper! How kewl is that :-P

all I can say is a quote from "Twisted Metal: Black" "It's amazing how much the human mind can bend, & twist before it snaps."
