dear internet,

A friend wants me to shave my beard into just a mustache. I told him I would do it for $20 dollars. Good idea?

(He's yet to raise the $20.)

    raise the stake, you can always shave the moustache anyway. maybe draw (photoshop) a moustache on your photos to see how it looks?

    make sure you can either get curlies on the ends of the 'stache, or that it makes you look like someone from the southern/central united states with the sides of the 'stache reaching down to the jaw. think... hulk hogan.

    if i can say so, you look awesome with beard. but it grows back, so, i vote for more money (20 is too little) because i hate mustaches on anyone except tom selleck and my father. then you keep the mustache for one or two days, shave it and get a beard again.

    This would be a good general question - to see if the womenfolk are pro or con facial hair.

    Personally, I don't mind beards but really dislike mustaches by themselves.
