dear internet, despite this question's title, would you seriously consider integrating one or more cybernetic parts into your bodily system? CAVEAT: only considering futuristic parts that are not yet available as they don't exist yet (example: bionic eye, cpu deck installed into the brain, adamantium skeletal system, etc. etc.)
