I have picked up several day-old pumpkin spice breakfast breads (about 6" rounds), and am thinking about what to do with them . . . what do you think?

    Not sure if they are there any more or have been consumed by now . . . but depending on how much you had, how about bread pudding and french toast and a little bit for birds and squirrels? What did you end up doing :)?

    I was going to go with bread pudding, then I found I was out of eggs and so I ended up eating one and putting 2 in the fridge behind something large, now I am not sure if the other 2 are still good. I hate losing things in my own fridge!

    these are all good ideas but also try making bread dumplings! we just had a big sauerkraut, sausage & bread dumpling party at my place & it was delish. super (eastern) euro.
