dear internet,Hi i am in the military station outside of California i have some back taxes i need to file 1992,1993,1997,2001,2002

    You might ask them for help locating the nearest person/firm near you that works with The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, and/or the Armed Forces Tax Council (AFTC)

    usually in the general area of jag you will find a tax center. they will do your taxes for free, and will help you with back-taxes. make an appointment. if they cant help you, they can point you to the jag office which may. or you can go to h&r block and pay for the service. but tax center/jag should help.
