re: That thing called Work by CakeOrDeath

dear internet,
I've been in a new job for two months now. On paper, it looked great - interesting work and scope to pick up lots of useful skills. Maybe a little low-paid but I'm not too fussed about that - I just finished my degree and I need the experience.
Now, sadly, trouble is brewing in paradise. These are some of the things gnawing at me:
-The organization is VERY badly managed - to the point where there is a real possibility that some of us might not get paid next month
-There is zero support - the boss is hardly ever there and there is nobody to go to with questions like "how do I write a funding proposal"?, but if you make a mistake there is hell to pay
-I've just been told I have to fundraise my entire budget for next year. On my own. Which would be fine except that again, I have zero support or guidance from anyone in management for something I really have no idea how to do
-Not surprisingly, there's a generally crappy negative vibe going on in the whole office, so I come home depressed and exhausted almost every day.

What do you think?
