re: neice living with me by anonymous questioner

i live in the state of north carolina and my neice moved in with me in the early part of september,2007 to go to school and work she does not help with any bills nor does she pay rent what are my legal options in asking her to move, do i have to give her a 30 day notice or can i just say you have to move, i am buying my house, she is 18 years old and it is just not working out
