dear internet,

Does your family have any recipes which are family favorites, but which other people look askance at? I.e. Your family loves, but no one else seems to enjoy?

If so, what?

(This question comes from watching too much food network or travel channel late at night, and also from being raised by hippies who cooked weird things which I love and no one else does - Sweet & Sour Cabbage, anyone?)
