dear internet,

I am studying abroad in the spring to Spain. I was going to go a couple days early to check things out, but the girl I was going to go with probably won't leave earlier than she has to. I feel like it might be overwhelming to be alone in Madrid, but at the same time I feel like it could be good for me.

    From my experience of traveling abroad, I found that that the time I was alone to explore the world was the most exciting and memorable.
