dear internet,

should i stay in my crappy, increasingly expensive, apartment that i'm always complaining about or should i accept the offer to move in with an old friend who's moving back to town and is offering way cheaper rent?

the thing is, i've lived alone for quite some time now and i'm worried about damaging my friendship by sharing a fridge with someone again.

I have just moved in with a friend and I was apprehensive about it. Depends on how open you and your friend are. If you realise that things aren't comfortable, get out quickly. As long as you both make that clear from the start, it could be great.
If it ain't great... you're going to go and find something else.
