dear internet,

I have a student (college freshman) who has a bad attitude, has had it from day 1 of class. She rolls her eyes, grumbles, and makes snide comments about class, all while the rest of the class is happy with what's going on.

Should I ignore her, or should I speak to her about her rude behavior?
