Dear Internet,

So my college is closed for the day due to an ice storm moving through the area (www.weather.com for anyone not in the US). The last time we had an ice storm was in '97, methinks? Anyway, on to the question. I've never had to drive on the ice before (and hopefully won't have to). Is doing so really as difficult/dangerous as it sounds?
