Is the definition of a Troll not that he is abusive or destructive in some way? I try to avoid the questions that got washed in from the flood, which thankfully is not too bad, as they mostly betray their nature in the title. Anyway, it means that i don't know, but: I don't think that abuse has happened.
Let's just say, if no one votes, and no one comments, then the floods may turn to trickles. Don't feed the trolls, etc.

On a usenet group, we would have a troll, but the rules here, such as they are, are rather more inclusive.
