dear internet,

I recently met someone who only likes soft cheeses, and I was thinking "what's not to love about cheese", but then there are lactose intolerant people who can't eat cheese at all. That would be a tragedy for me. I don't tell everyone this, but I was born in Wisconsin, the US's most famous cheese-producing state.

So, how do you feel about cheese?
