dear internet,

I will be visiting the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for 4 days. My hotel is near the University. I would like to visit some museums, like the Walker Art Center and the Science museum. My question-should I rent a car or rely on public transportation?

Also, please post anything I should do/see during my brief tour of the Twin Cities.

You should probably see the Weisman which is on campus and designed by Frank Gehry.

The new Guthrie theatre is worth a look even if you don't go to see a play.

The Walker is easy to get to on the 4 or the 6 bus, both of which run through the U.

The Minneapolis Institute of Art is also worth a visit.

For rampant captialism, there's Mall of America out in Bloomington. So big it has an amusement park in its center. Just kinda scary.

Thanks, Squiddie! Although I plan on avoiding the MOA just on general, pointless, principle.
