dear internet,

after recently spending many weekends and more money than I could really afford to in order to fix my old car and get the road safety test, and pay the tax... today it spat out it's gears in smoke and screaming noise. That was a "new one", the recent work done was in other parts of the car. I don't really need the car, but the recent investment rankles...

    I'd say that depends on how expensive the repair will be. Sounds bad, though...
    Also, do you really really love your car? I nearly cried when my first one was scapped after I'd been driving it for almost four years.
