After being perfect about eating very little and going to the gym everyday, I have finally lost 7 pounds over the past 3 weeks. Last night was the food and wine show, and while I didn't go nuts, I certainly ate more than salad and Evian.
Now its the next day, and I'm eating restrictively again, but I should really get my ass to the gym. Do some cardio at the very least. I've got another 15 pounds to go before I hit my perfect weight.
It's a rainy Sunday afternoon.
I'm contentedly smoking cigs and watching Sopranos.
