dear internet,

We have a lot of left over from home-made bolognese sauce tonight. What dish shall I make from the left over?

    If you have enough, freeze some and use the rest for eggplant parmigiana.

    Or, simmer it till it is very, very reduced. Cut a loaf of crusty bread into thick slices, rub with butter or olice oil and garlic and toast. Use the sauce as a spread for the toast. Yum.
