dear internet, to bring up an old term that needs to be revived, i'm a male chauvinist pig. i think women's lib has become passe in U.S. culture, and women are slipping into roles of subservience once more. how young men treat women, and the unfair sexual expectations that are placed upon them in this day and age, makes me grimace (and makes you wonder why i call myself a male chauvinist pig... but read on).

i digress. what i mean to say is, DEAR internet: based upon your sex, how do you feel and react during a break up?

i'm sorry about the heterosexual bias. if you have had a homosexual relationship, look through all the answers and pick which one seems most appropriate. i don't think that will skew the vote :(
