Definitely wasting time... I'm perpetually trying to give that up. I've already given up coffee, so that would be to busy. I wish we still had smoky bars here. It's half the ambience...
But no dating is meaningless, is it?

Junk food is super easy to give up, I find. Then again, that's because I've done it enough to have lost the taste for it. Maybe that's how it goes with the other things too...(?)

I'd like to try to give up procrastination... all the rest are fairly easy, for me, to give up, just requires will power.

Oh, please, Mrs. Cosmos, can you please tell me to give up wasting time?

Two of the other in the list I don't do, and, and the rest only rarely. But wasting time? Look: I am here!!

i don't drink coffee (and first time i tried it in two years, last week, got me throwing up in 5 minutes).
    i don't drink alcohol. i don't smoke.
i don't date that much (not that i don't want to, i think i just don't meet local standards for attractiveness). meaningless dating gave up me!
wasting time is the thing i do best, and i love dearinter and see no reason to give up that.
now, junk food, not only the cosmos, but my cardiologist and my body tell me to give that up everyday. i've been doing real efforts to do that, and i think i've lost the taste for it already. i can't stand the view of most hamburgers out there. problem is that i didn't learn how to like healthy food yet, so many many days i just sit in apathy looking at food and not wanting to eat anything. some days i only eat one meal out of dispair, because i know i need some glucose on my blood.

Solitaryascidian, are there any vegetarian buffets or health food stores or authentic Thai restaurants in your neighbourhood? All will give you a variety of options for healthy veggie-based creations, and I guarantee you will be surprised by the variety and options.
Even if you are in suburbia (sorry, suburbanites!) try strolling down the aisles with organic or international foods. A lot of stuff is incredibly easy to make (esp. soup - add water!)

no, i live in a not so cosmopolite part of brazil. there is a vegetarian restaurant here, but not near school or workplace. any asiatic restaurants around are either sushi, that i don't like, or any kind of meat with soy sauce that they call chinese food. i've had chinese food in europe (and vietnamese food too) is so much better!

Alcohol would be no problem, I hardly drink anyway. A meaningless date now nad again would be nice.

solitaryascidian, I know the issue with "chinese" gunge. Even many european outlets are like that. Is there a place to buy some decent veg around you? Have you got any friends who would like to eat well, but somehow can't get around to it? Meet up!
Once a week, to start with, but possibly more often. Every time one of you cooks. Which emans, that all the others don't have to that day, and still get good, healthy food. And you spend the time with friends, which is good for the soul and thus helps digestion!
My lack of housemates at the moment means that I am back on canteen food, as cooking for one is no fun, and I am working too much again lately... But whenever a friend calls, they are forced to come for dinner - my chance of good food, cooked by myself ¦¬]
