Tea!! Tea, especially something like Camomile, is your friend.

tea... and go for short walks to clear your head - before you go, clear your desk and your mind, so that when you come back, you are not distracted. Also a walk before bedtime, so that when you get home, you can sleep without thinking back to the things ahead.

When I am in hyper-study mode I usually work for long periods (17 hours) until I drop with exhaustion, sleep for two hours, then start again. Also, I write a mini list, just before I fall asleep, in an endeavour to empty my head of all that is buzzing around in it, so I hopefully don't worry about it in my sleep. But I would not recommend such idiocy to anyone else :).

A combination of the dearinter.net suggestions proffered seem admirable to me. Orgasm followed by a hot bath and brandy and/or herbal tea, which should calm you and help you sleep: thus providing you with much needed rest to rejuvenate your focus, when you awake, on your studies. Good Luck!

I like littlewolf's suggestion, but I'd take a walk in the morning after waking to wake you up sufficiently to be mentally ready for the studies...
